All pre-registered entries must be brought to the Agriculture Building on Tuesday,
April 10th, 2018 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Access will be provided through gate 7 on the East side of the Fairgrounds.
Please do not bring vehicles on the grounds without approval.
All exhibits must be officially checked in.
A claim ticket will be provided once the animal is securely checked in.
Entry Form Application
Small Animal Exhibits are open to all Clark County residents.
Additional entries from outlying areas may be accepted upon prior approval.|
Each exhibitor must pre-register by submitting an Entry Form and receiving a confirmation number.
A separate Entry Form is required for each Division entered.
All registration forms must be received before Saturday, April 1st, 2018.

After pre-registration, cages will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Removal of entries will begin at on Sunday, April 15th, 2018 between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Access to the Agriculture Building will only be granted through gate 7 located on the East side of the fairgrounds.
A Claim Ticket must be presented in order for the Fair Staff to release the animal.
Entries remaining after 10:00 p.m. will be the sole responsibility of the owner.
Large animals requiring vehicle access to the Small Animal Pavilion will not be allowed to load out until after 9:00 p.m.
Exhibits will be inspected for health and soundness upon entry and periodically each day.
All sheep and Goats must also comply with the Nevada Department of Agriculture Standards.
Any animal showing signs of disease or illness during the fair will be removed immediately and exhibitor notified.
Exhibitor must provide any special feed required by exhibit.
Water provided for rabbits and poultry during the Fair will be medicated for coccidiosis.
The Fair will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of an exhibit.
During the judging of the exhibits, the Agriculture Building will be closed to the public and all exhibitors.
